Testimonials
“Just like how their students are more than a score, HCC is more than its record Harvard acceptances and perfect scores. It’s a support system that will cheer students on when they are feeling frustrated about their initial scores and do all they can to help students meet their goals. Before I joined HCC’s college essay program, I didn’t think the schools I got into would be a possibility. But after helping me find my voice and giving me confidence in writing my essays, those competitive schools seemed possible.” – Stanford, Class of 2022
“… I have now accepted the offer at George Washington University, which was one of my dream universities, which was made better with a very generous and prestigious scholarship. I wanted to thank you all so very much to have helped me through this process.” – George Washington, class of 2023
“I want to thank you for supporting and helping me! I don’t know where I would be right now without your help. Excited to be attending the same college as you did! Thank you so so so much!!!” – Columbia/Julliard, Class of 2023
Test Prep
See why Hamilton is the “#1 test prep service in the country”
Hamilton was the first premier test-prep provider to offer a program that integrates a skills-based approach to test prep – needed to excel on the SAT, ACT, and PSAT.
Improvements
One out of every 8 students who enrolled in our Goal class get a perfect score on the SAT or ACT, and a full 41% of them score in the top 1% on one or both exams.
Perfect Scores

Hamilton has helped more students than any other educational company achieve a perfect score on the SAT or ACT – 119 and counting.
Getting a perfect score on the SAT or ACT isn’t like acing an English test in school. On the SAT, only about 1 in 10,000 students get a perfect score of 1600. It’s a little bit better on the ACT, with about 1 in 1,000 students getting a perfect 36. This means that you’d expect about 1 student per high school to get a perfect score each year. At Hamilton, we pride ourselves in having 40+ of our students get a perfect score each year.
SAT Improvements
Students enrolled in one of our test-prep or tutoring programs have some of the best improvements of any program.

Students who started with a (P)SAT score of 1200 or lower improved their official score on average by 267 points, and jumped from the 74th to the 92nd percentile.
Students who started with a (P)SAT score of above 1200 improved their official score on average by 166 points, and jumped from the 92nd to the 99th+ percentile.
ACT Improvements

Students who started with an ACT score of 23 or lower improved their official score on average by 5.4 points, and jumped from the 63rd to the 89th percentile.
Students who started with a ACT score of above 23 improved their official score on average by 2 points, and jumped to the 99th percentile.
