The H3 Fall Extension is designed to keep momentum going between summer prep and the official SAT and ACT test dates in the fall. Many of Hamilton’s perfect SAT and ACT scores have been earned on the October exams after just a few more weeks of focused practice and targeted guidance from our expert instructors.

Schedule & Class Structure
- Practice tests — flexible scheduling with proctored sessions on Tuesdays or self-administered options.
- Saturday seminars — in-person or online on Fridays or Saturdays, covering reading, writing, math, and science (ACT weeks).
- Reviews on Official Test Weeks — focused review sessions replace regular seminars during official test weeks.
Location
Fall Extension classes are available in-person at our Carmel Valley office in San Diego and online nationwide for students who prefer or require remote learning.
Fall Extension
AUGUST 11 – OCTOBER 3, 2026
Fall Extension helps students bridge the gap between the summer program and the fall SAT, ACT, and PSAT test dates. Many of Hamilton’s 228 perfect scores have been earned on October exams, when students have had additional time to strengthen and master their skills. This program is designed for H3 students who would like to continue preparing with targeted instruction, guided practice, and support from experienced teachers.
How does it work
- Students may complete their practice test at any convenient time during the week, as long as it is completed before Saturday’s seminars.
- Proctored testing will be offered on Tuesdays at 4:00 pm.
- Please bring a charged laptop to access Hamilton’s online testing platform.
- Students who prefer may self-administer the practice test at home.
- Students will attend seminars on Saturday mornings, OR Saturday afternoons; these will cover critical reading, writing, and math.
- During weeks with an official test, there will be no practice test. Students will attend a review session on Thursday at the CV office in place of the Saturday seminar.
Seminar Schedule
Students must choose one of the following class times:
Saturday AM: 9:00 am – 1:15 pm
Saturday PM: 1:45 pm – 6:00 pm

Since the concepts and skills of the SAT and ACT greatly overlap, Hamilton Education suggests taking both tests to increase your chances of achieving a high score!
