Rodrigo received his Bachelor’s degree in sociology from Whittier College and his Master’s degree, also in sociology, from SDSU. His research interests lie at the intersection of globalization, technology, and futures studies. While attending SDSU, he co-authored an academic journal publication with one of his professors. Rodrigo also has extensive teaching experience at the college level, both at SDSU and at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he served as a teaching assistant for seven years.
