Job Description
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Editing Partners to support students as they craft their college application essays. You’ll help them discover their voice, shape their stories, and polish their writing, making a meaningful impact on their path to college.
Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread student essays for clarity, polish, and originality
- Guide brainstorming and idea development to highlight student voice
- Support students with application strategy and positioning
- Meet with students individually and in groups to review essays and goals
- Track admissions outcomes and maintain accurate records
- Stay current on college admissions trends and requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, or related field (graduate degree preferred)
- Graduate of a top-tier university with strong writing and editing background
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and motivate students
- Knowledge of college admissions processes and policies

Business Hours
Tuesday-Friday 12:00 PM – 7:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
