Program Director
William graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 2014 where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. After initially being accepted for Computer Science, he found a passion for Political Science and Philosophy and changed majors. Following this change in direction he joined the Model United Nations (MUN) team traveling to Berkeley, Santa Barbara, and New York to attend MUN conferences. While attending college, he also joined the college radio station which resulted in working at NPR for Warren Olney upon graduation. After NPR, William was drawn to teaching which led him to after school preparatory and enrichment work of which he has several years of experience working in Arcadia. When William has free time you will find him reading 16th and 17th century Renaissance philosophy and making music.
