Math Tutor

Currently a 3rd-year math major, Sam is working towards obtaining his bachelor’s degree at Cal State San Marcos. Inspired by his own teachers, he hopes to become a math teacher at his high school. Sam is also a product of Hamilton Education, as both a former bootcamp student and a student worker. Prior to working at Hamilton, Sam tutored a variety of students from elementary to collegiate levels, including special education students. As a hobby, Sam has a love of learning; he watches YouTube lectures on philosophy and higher-level mathematics. Other than being surrounded by academia, he is involved with cross country and track meets. Sam goes to different high schools to help with track events, managing results and timing. If you ever go to a local high school track meet, you might see him under the timing tent by the finish line.
