Randy began his undergraduate education in 2010 at the University of North Texas. In his first semester there, he buckled under the pressure and stress of college and received five F's, one for each class he took. He dropped out and moved to Austin, Texas, where he began taking classes at Austin Community College. In 2017 he transferred to Texas State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. Randy knows first-hand that failure is not a thing to be feared; it is a necessary prerequisite to any success worth having. He brings his experience with failure to his work as a tutor and shows his students how to overcome fear with knowledge. And in his spare time, he plays jazz piano.
