Evan Kallenberg
Math Instructor
Evan is a Math and Science instructor at Hamilton. He grew up in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego and quickly developed a passion for the physical sciences while attending Torrey Pines High School. To pursue this interest, Evan continued his studies at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where he majored in Honors Physics and Astronomy. During college and after graduating, he gained extensive research experience while working at TRIUMF (Canada's national particle accelerator center) and at the University of Wurzburg in Germany. Over the last three years, Evan has developed another passion for teaching STEM. Having tutored high school and undergraduate students in math, physics, and computer science, he greatly enjoys drawing connections between each student's course material and real world applications. In the fall of 2021, Evan plans to continue his education by pursuing his Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering at UC Berkeley. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, rock climbing, and listening to music.
