Cloe Moctezuma
Program Coordinator
Cloe is a Reed College graduate with a B.A. in Psychology and is currently
completing her Masters in Neuroscience from Indiana University. At Reed
College, her senior thesis neuroscience thesis focused on the impact of
cannabinoids on stress behavior and discovered her passion for teaching
through her first teaching assistant position. After graduating from Reed
College, she joined the Keivit Laboratory at the Oregon National Primate
Research Center, during which time she trained fellow colleagues on
neuroscience- & molecular biology-focused techniques. Her passion for
nurturing the critical thinking skills of students was further stimulated by her
time spent as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University, where she taught
statistics and psychology courses to undergraduates. In her free time, she
enjoys rockhounding, writing poetry, studying Anti-Racism resources, as well
as taking her cats on hiking adventures.
